After you send your design we email you an invoice. A % deposit starts the printing, and the rest is paid . We accept .
The designers show the tag and text colours we print in. Colours on a screen never match plastic exactly, so expect a small difference. Need a particular colour? Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
Nametags are 90 × 30 mm and keychains are 45 × 45 mm. Lithophanes come in 100 × 100, 100 × 150 and 150 × 100 mm. Frame inserts can be any size from 40 to 250 mm, so type in your frame's opening.
If you bought one of our frames, use the size on its listing. If you are using your own frame, measure the opening and enter it in the designer. Not sure? Write the frame details in the notes box or message us.
Everything is printed in PLA plastic, which is tough enough for everyday use on keys, bags, doors and desks. Keep prints away from heat, such as a hot car, direct summer sun or a dishwasher, because PLA softens above about 50°C. Lithophanes are for indoor use. Need something tougher for outside? Ask us first.
The lithophane designer warns you when a photo is too small or may look blurry. We also look over every design before printing and will contact you if something looks wrong. For the best result use a sharp, well-lit photo with good contrast, and avoid heavy filters. You can fine-tune brightness and contrast in the designer.
Yes, until printing starts. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once we start printing, your item is made and cannot be changed, because every item is personalised.
Yes. Upload it in the designer and it becomes a one-colour shape, so simple logos and icons work best. You need permission to use it, and we cannot print other people's logos, brand names or copyrighted characters without that permission.

Tell us within 7 days and send a photo. If it is damaged or has a printing fault we will reprint it or refund you. The details are in our Terms.
